We love it when you come in prepared! Also, we do not guarantee that just because you have the form filled out you're on our list and the acres are approved. We will go over everything with you and get you on our planting/seeding lists. When you bring in your filled out forms, please also include your FSA Map(s), with the desired fields to be seeded highlighted!
